The location, the swimming pool, the view from the room, the linen and cleaning, the breakfast and service as well as lunch and staff. The rooftop bar and views in the evening were spectacular.

The V Lounge breakfast was outstanding! Staff went over and above. We also had lunch and evening cocktails . Hotel has elevator which is nice. You still need to walk couple flights of stairs to pool area. But worth it. Food and drink also served at poolside. We stayed in room 201 on the upper section. Room was tremendous with indoor hot tub looking out over balcony and caldera. Next time we will try lower suite nearer to pool level!

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. The great and friendly service we received from Spiros was the best. The room had the most beautiful view of the caldera. Everything was super clean and the room had everything we need. We received a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us which we really appreciated. The breakfast every morning was 5 star with the same stunning view. The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to all the nice restaurants, shopping and bus terminal. This is definitely the best hotel we stayed in and will highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located in the middle of Fira and right on the escarpment. The view from the very small balcony is magnificent including a perfect view of the Santorini sunset. The room was well appointed with a particularly comfortable bed. Breakfast is served at a roof top restaurant and the selection is good.

The location was ideally placed, right in the middle of Fira. Close to everything you need including the town bus stop and all restaurants. Both the view from our room and the breakfast was exceptional. Every breakfast we had was delicious, plenty of options to choose between plus each breakfast came with fresh juice and delicious coffee. The lady who served us each morning at breakfast was so welcoming. 11/10 view!

The room and pool had uninterrupted views of the caldera. With 4 to 5 cruise ships in the caldera everyday, and all those people in the town of Fira, the pool was a great escape from the crowds during the day. We particularly liked the poolside menu for lunch and a nice cold beverage to sip while we watched the incredible sunset every night. The breakfast was next level amazing with several options to choose from, freshly squeezed orange juice and unlimited tea and coffee.

Location. Proximity to shops, food, and central bus station. Fantastic views of the sea and caldera from the room balcony. Good breakfast. The visitors' information package provided at check-in was very useful. The welcome free bottle of wine was nice.

We booked 4 rooms. They were not very spacious BUT they all had fabulous views of the caldera. The shops and eateries were so close to the hotel. The beds were comfortable. Our luggage was kindly brought to the hotel by the lovely porter at our car drop off. The breakfast area was amazing. the breakfast too, was lovely - not buffet style but served according to what we ordered.

We stayed in a standard room, the view was great. It was very relaxing and there were sun beds to laze at. There is a slope up to the accommodation but the staff can help to bring them up from the shuttle n down when you check out. I loved the breakfast, it was truly outstanding. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The caldera view is awesome. I highly recommend you get this room. While we are in the center, it's actually pretty quiet probably because we are facing the caldera and not the street. Limited selection on buffet breakfast but they give you a menu to order hot breakfast which is really nice, as well as order your coffee. Very helpful in recommending a restaurant. They called and reserve a table for us, and we skipped the queue when we got there. Also, Constantino was very helpful in directing when the taxi was going to pick us up going to the airport.
